Churches on the Streets ministers to children in Alton in two government housing neighborhoods on Saturdays, every second and fourth Saturdays of the month. 

 

We feed the children and families a delicious, meal, snacks and drinks. We teach them about God, play games for scripture memorization, crafts, music, give our clothing, and often have guests such as princesses, Captain America, pet therapy dogs, christian rappers, and other fun. Our goal is long term relational development. 

We need nice donations of new or gently fall/winter clothes, shoes, new socks/underwear, pre-packaged snacks (pudding cups, jello cups, applesauce cups, cheese 'n crackers, fruit snacks, etc), cases of bottled water, juice boxes, small toys for prizes, candy/treats. 
Diapers and formula welcome too.
